HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Build the course in your home arena and have someone help to film it when you jump it.
-
Send your clip with your ride to info@equiforall.com latest by 16 December 2023. Include your name, your horse´s name and the height of your course in the subject line. In the email, please state that you agree to potentially have your video or parts of your video appear on our social media accounts.

The cost to participate is 20€ per person and ride.
-
If you participate with more than one horse, make sure to send one email per ride.
-
We will review to make sure the video is good enough quality. If accepted, you will receive a link to make the payment to participate in the competition.
-
The payment needs to be done within 24 hours of confirmation for your participation to be accepted.

Your results and comments will be shared with you by e-mail latest on 22 December.


Hannah Åkerblom has represented Sweden in various events, including the European Championships and the FEI Nations Cup.
Hannah is also known for her success in the Swedish show jumping circuit. She recently won the Grand Prix in MET Oliva Nova.

She is the one reviewing and giving a mark according to the style protocol, as well as valuable comments about your ride!

THE RULES
​

It is preferred that you wear competition clothes, but it is acceptable to wear light colour trousers and dark jumper.
-
Same rules for the horse apply as for a traditional competition
-
The challenge is open for riders jumping from 0,20m up to 1,20m
-
We recommend that your arena is a minimum of 20 x 40 meters. If it is bigger you can simply adapt and build the course on a smaller part of the arena. Click here to see the course design and measurements.

Hannah will review the ride and give scores based on different criterias such as; the rider´s position, execution of the course, communication between horse and rider etc. The exact protocol can be found below.

The use of a helmet is absolutely imperative.
-
Vest is mandatory for riders younger than 15 years old but recommended for all.

The video must be received latest by 16 December 2023
-
Payment must be received latest by 17 December 2023
-
The same rider can participate with different horses. The price to participate is per ride.


TIPS FOR RECORDING YOUR TEST
-
​Make sure to film in daylight for best quality.
-
​Film from anywhere in the arena where you can see all the obastables in the course.
-
Zoom when the rider and horse are far away so that we can see them properly.
-
Avoid backlight.
-
Film with the mobile in horizontal mode.
-
The audio must be recorded to certify that no trainer is giving instructions to the rider during the ride.
-
Videos without audio will not be accepted.
-
At the beginning of the video please state clearly: the date ,the name of the rider, the name of the horse and the height of the course.
By sending your video and paying the registration fee you agree to have your video or parts of your video appear on our social media accounts.
